This retreat ignited a bold new vision for my life. Surrounded by women who understood my journey, I felt deeply seen and supported. Amanda’s authentic leadership helped me redefine myself — not by roles, but by purpose. It was the start of my true becoming.

The Zanzibar retreat was a turning point — calming, empowering, and affirming. I left with renewed purpose, no longer just surviving but living intentionally. The authentic stories of other women reminded me that I’m exactly where I need to be.  

This retreat was truly transformative — a powerful celebration of sisterhood, healing, and growth. Guided by Amanda’s inspiring leadership, Coach Taffy’s wisdom, and Atli’s joyful energy, we connected deeply, shared authentically, and grew together. It was an unforgettable reminder of the strength and beauty of women united in purpose.

The past Saturday you created a platform for man to know its ok to not be ok. You created a platform for man to admit to traumas they always believed it's a norm for men to leave with. My husband came ready to work on things he always felt are a norm and excited about doing work for himself of healing his traumas . Each speaker offered soul-stirring wisdom: – Prof. Kopano Ratele reminded us that fatherhood is learned through presence. – Dr. Mzamo Masito spoke of the silent weight many men carry, urging us to say “me too.” – Muzi Mthabela called us to live spiritually and forgive. – Theo Ngobeni redefined self-care as essential to wholeness. – Victor Snyders showed that healing must begin at the root. – Rev. Kabelo & Simphiwe Phakathi helped us confront grief with grace. – Mayur Bhana left us with a powerful truth: own your story, walk through the pain with courage. This brunch was about legacy — healing the inner child, breaking the silence, and choosing to lead from within.
